SOLANA DEVNET · IN YOUR BROWSER · NO DOWNLOAD · 10 FREE RIDES
The road never ends.
Your shift does.
Buy a 1 hour shift. Drive every minute of it – manual gearbox, cold engine, traffic, night. The server keeps the clock and calls the finish. The 4 hour and 8 hour shifts are soon. Your ticket sits in an escrowed prize pool on Solana – not with us.
CORE MECHANICS & THE LOOP
Freight Chain puts money on the line: the only skill that pays is staying on the road, awake, for the whole shift.
- 1BUY A SHIFTFree test ride, or a $5 ticket into the 1 hour prize pool. The 4 hour and 8 hour shifts are soon.
- 2DRIVE ALL OF ITManual gearbox, traffic, night. Speed is capped – only time on the road counts.
- 3SERVER CALLS ITHeartbeats carry time and distance: completed, abandoned or failed.
- 4SHARE THE POOLFinishers compete for the weekly pot. Monday 00:00 UTC it rolls over.
FIVE ROUTES · SAME RULES, DIFFERENT ROADS
THE SUN KEEPS MOVING

The sun moves while you drive – dawn, dusk and night are real time of day, and they change what you can see and how you have to drive.
THE DASH · HOVER A CARD

ECONOMY
Paid shifts are tickets into escrowed prize pools – one Solana account per pool holds the entry fees and states its rules in public. Integer lamports, floored shares, the remainder to fees.

The whole escrow, with diagrams, in the whitepaper →WHY 20 TICKETS AT $5
The 1 hour pool opens at 20 tickets of $5. That is a $100 pot. Fewer than 20 sold by the deadline, and every ticket is refunded.
| IF 20 FINISH | GETS |
|---|---|
| 1st | $26 |
| 2nd | $16 |
| 3rd | $11 |
| 4th–20th, each | $1 |
| Next pool · fees | $20 · $10 |
At 10 tickets, 1st would win $13.50 for the hour, so the pool does not open. Places 4–20 get $1 back: the pool pays the podium. 1st’s $26 is the 25% place plus $1 from the shared slice.
ROADMAP
Written the way a driver writes a trip sheet: legs, stops, a tick when it is behind us, a stamp when it got cut. Dates only where we have them.

ABOUT
Freight Chain sells proven time-on-road. The truck-driving sim is the first title.
WHY A TRUCK
Desert Bus (1995) was an eight-hour drive from Tucson to Las Vegas at 45 mph for one point. Nobody should have finished it, and people did – and other people watched. The scarce thing was attention. This is that, with the finish decided by a server and the pot in SOL.
BUILT · CUT · NEXT
- Built: the sim, Sign-In With Solana, server-timed rides, verified play, live streams and replays, the escrow program and its server mirror, garage, promo codes, analytics, this page.
- Cut on purpose: performance upgrades, mobile / Telegram, paid ads before a growth hire, a token, mainnet before legals, a penetration test and a load test.
- Next: the program on devnet with real pools, a four-seat crew (CPO / COO, QA, community, content), a load test, a penetration test and legals, mainnet in December.
THE STACK
Vanilla ES modules + three.js in the browser, no bundler. NestJS + PostgreSQL on the server. An Anchor (Rust) escrow program, one vault per pool. Phantom / Solflare, SOL/USD from Coinbase then CoinGecko. Solo build since mid-September 2026, entered in the Colosseum Crypto World's Fair; the driving sim predates it and is disclosed in the README.
